Hi everybody,

With much thanks to Norm, and all those who helped him, the FVDBC Safety Manual has been put together and is now on the website (under programs).  As we approach the winter months, awareness of safety is more important than ever.  Please review the safety manual and keep it in mind whenever you go out on the water.  If you have questions or concerns, please email us.
